Thanks for that Brad, great introduction to using projects in connectwise- I can see where I was going wrong! Sound was a little jumpy over here in Ireland but well worth staying late in the office.
If you have some outline templates for SBS installs that would be nice.
What sort of billing rates are you getting from SBS installs? Would be great to chat via email offline if you have some time.
