  • Near real-time backups capture all the changes to your data every 15 minutes, helping us to reconstruct the state of your data as it existed at very specific points in time.
  • Onsite virtual server technology restores your servers and applications to a virtual environment in the event of server crash or failure, letting you continue with your workflow while your server hardware is repaired or replaced.
  • A complete image of your server hard drive partitions is generated and warehoused on an XBDR device at your location. The data is stored AES-256 bit encrypted and compressed for high efficiency, and uses block-level (not file-level) backup for an exact digital duplicate of your onsite server.
  • Intuitive and flexible restoration makes for easier recovery of files, folders, mailboxes, and other data. In the unfortunate event of a complete server failure, our service even supports a bare metal restore to dissimilar hardware.
  • Secure remote storage transmits your imaged data to two geographically distinct secure offsite locations, where it resides in an encrypted, compressed format. No one will have access to your data at any of these facilities.
  • Complete 24x7 management means our network operations center monitors your XBDR units and the attached servers, well, all the time. Any failed processes will generate immediate alerts to our engineers. For more serious issues, we will conduct repairs at your site, and if any XBDR units are irreparably damaged or destroyed, we’ll ship replacements—preloaded with all stored data—directly to your location.
