  • Helpdesk care gives you access to our dedicated technicians and engineers—yes, real live humans—who can respond to your IT issues. The helpdesk can be reached Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, excluding holidays, but you can also choose a support level that includes access to after-hours support. Discounts on hourly support rates are available.
